About the artists

Pete Pin is a Cambodian American photographer and teaching artist. Born in the Khao-I-Dang refugee camp and raised in California, his work explores themes of memory, generational trauma, and identity. Pin received his BA at the University of California at Berkeley and studied photography at the International Center of Photography in Manhattan. His work has been published and featured in the New York Times, TIME and VICE, among other.
